Chauhan Lab Program Application Form

We’re looking for high school students with a passion for research. Note that Chauhan Lab for the summer of 2024. All communication regarding the participant’s application and admission status for Chauhan Lab will be sent to the participant’s email listed below. If the applicant does not have his/her own email address or does not check it regularly, please change it to a regularly checked email address. Important Information This form will not save your progress! BE sure to complete the application in ONE sitting (less than a few hours)!!! Each application must be completed in full. Please review the application process on the website prior to beginning your application AND save the essays in a Word/Google doc that can be copy and pasted into this system.
